This unique program will be customized for you by Katie to cater to your individual emotional and relaxation needs. Program includes a 60-minute session of Restorative Yoga led by Katie. She has over 15 years of experience as a mental health clinician and completed Yoga Teacher Training through Bella Vita Yoga in June 2016. Katie has completed specialized training for anxiety, depression, trauma, and yoga for trauma. Katie has immersed herself in literature regarding integrating yoga with traditional therapeutic techniques. Katie is passionate about Restorative Yoga and the benefits she has seen in her own life and the lives of others. Katie is a “Relax and Renew® Advanced Trainer” through Judith Hanson Lasater and completed Trauma Sensitive Yoga trainings with the Veteran’s Yoga Project and David Emerson(Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga).
