Mind-Body Wellness Program

This unique program will be customized for you by Katie to cater to your individual emotional needs.  Program includes a 60-minute session of restorative yoga led by Katie.  She has over 12 years of experience as a mental health clinician and completed Yoga Teacher Training through Bella Vita Yoga in June 2016.  Katie has completed specialized training for anxiety, depression, trauma, and yoga for trauma.  Katie has immersed herself in literature regarding integrating yoga with traditional therapeutic techniques.  Katie is passionate about restorative yoga and the benefits she has seen in her own life and the lives of others.  Katie is certified Level 1 of “Relax and Renew®” through Judith Hanson Lasater.
