In working with adults, I find it important to be open-minded, non-judgmental, and supportive. I provide suggestions for change while expecting feedback on improvement. Change is not easy and I come from the approach of working towards what you want to improve. I use therapeutic methods such as attachment, supportive, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness, yoga, and psycho-education with adults. I have found the best results with those who are highly motivated and work in between sessions. Expect that I will offer an abundance of resources to move along your process in between appointments. I am able to provide in person sessions as well as teletherapy sessions in North Carolina and South Carolina.
