Restorative Yoga + Acupuncture Workshop at Noda Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness and deep relaxation.  In this workshop, we will move through 3 poses as your acupuncturist will select 2-3 acupuncture points based on pulse diagnosis to help your body gently release trapped emotions, leading to a deeper sense of calm and relaxation during the yoga practice. Before changing positions your practitioner will remove the needles, allowing you to mentally come back and notice any changes in sensation throughout your body.  Acupuncture is an incredible tool for calming the mind and releasing stored emotional trauma. Saturday, April 11 from 2pm-3:30 is now on a waitlist. Register here. Sunday, May 31 from 2:30p-4 is now open. Register here. Both workshops at Noda Yoga(3201 N. Davidson St. Charlotte, NC).
